Donald C. Fulton, President, with over twenty-five years of experience is
dedicated to independent testing and balancing of HVAC systems.
Don served as project engineer for assignments in Ohio, Arizona,
New Mexico, Texas, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky and New York.
Projects included many laboratory, medical facilities and hospitals including:
Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Case Western Reserve University, Mount Sinai
Hospital, Lakewood Hospital, Lake Hospital System and St. John's Hospital.

Don has numerous certifications and degrees of technical knowledge along
with working experience. He has an excellent reputation in the industry and
is an advocate of continuing education.

David R. Fulton, Vice President, has eighteen years of experience in
operations, management and sales for the HVAC Testing and Balance
industry. Dave's attention to detail ensures Fulton & Associates Balance
Company clients receive unparalleled service from proposal, through pricing
and completion of each project by our technical experts. He holds various
certifications and affiliations in the HVAC industry.
